We kinda get into this pattern that as our ability to create more and more sophisticated algorithms we stop considering the previous generations as intelligent at all.
But that's like saying a fly or paramecium isn't on the scale of decision making.
"They" in this context is its plural form in reference to people calling to hold Newson to task in the sake way they called Disney on behalf of Kimmel.
It isn't being used in singular form, as referring to a singular individual was NOT my intent with that post. Apologies for the confusion.
Whereas the TV show gives space to set and develop the characters - especially the others - they're mostly just names to the eponymous character. It's not just written from his point of view, *it's written from his point of view*, literally only including details that were important to the action.
Still up at Mom's; she's doing well. But got some light novels to pass the time. This one is much lighter than I expected; the TV was oh so good. Whereas this is *written* in such a peculiar way. If I hadn't liked the character from the TV show so much, I'd have given it a miss; but it's right.
I wonder if it's because 'where something ships from' is a complex web. Some people will have shipping points from other countries... Importing or printing stickers inside a different country which might be theirs, the buyer's, or a third one. Or more than one.
