BTW, you can cut leftovers (I know, leftovers hahaha) into servings, freeze them, later thaw and reheat, and they are just as good. (Maybe better, as they get crustier in the reheating.)

I put it all in a casserole dish and baked as per any recipe I could find on the net.

However, in SLC two weeks ago, Had glazed donut bread pudding, with each serving having been made in a popover tin. Served in a bowl, drizzled with icing (cinnamon and bourbon, as I recall). So good!

In all seriousness: it's just cut up donuts made into french toast. Sprinkle in whatever other spicing you want (cinnamon is good this time of year). I let mine soak in the egg mixture overnight, and I mixed in some white chocolate chips because I had them sitting around.
