Yep. I have a collection of old slang books/reprints of same, for mining for fun stuff.

So, to answer your inherent question, it was OLD when even I found it. :)

It's funny watching folks discuss your motives for doing things and attributing to me things that were already in place in the universe before I arrived.

And all of it taking place forty years ago or so.
