for your health: artist monika zagrobelna has a big blog archive of tutorials on animal anatomy, some of them are even about animals in motion (horses running, wings flapping, etc). really an invaluable resource even if yr not drawing quadrupeds/realism

Ugh, we had a family Xmas Eve party, and it was nice, but our auntie took some photos of us, and yeah... body dysphoria hit us in the face like a fucking truck. That is NOT what we look like. There's such a huge disconnect, I feel sick and so stressed about it.
