We basically had it in Canada during COVID, and the answer was "keep up with the cost of living AND still be able to save money for a house/emergencies/whatever".
I still find it depressing that what the government considered a "basic income" was way more than my minimum wage self actually earns.

Molly's urinalysis showed that her UTI is cleared up. Yay! She's still on some of the urinary SO food, but hopefully we can ween her off it over time and get her back to a normal diet.
She'd also appreciate it if she could go outside and murder mice again, lol.

The really annoying thing about Square Enix is that the creatives have produced some of most brilliant pieces of work in my lifetime and I love them dearly, but the corporates have produced some of the most detestable business decisions I can think of for a gaming company and I despise them deeply

Welp, reports from the beta seem to say that Dissidia Duellum is PvP moba trash with obnoxious gatcha mechanics. So I guess I won't need to bother playing it when it seems destined to be a garbage fire that Square Enix will cancel after a year.
Still love Terra's cute moogle cardigan though.

Molly had a follow up vet appointment today. She was cranky for the urinalysis, but not too bad. We should have the results some time next week so we know if her infection is finally gone. Fingers crossed!
