It’s nearly 9:00 am, and i am working on the Terms of Service for project Tourmaline while my car gets maintenance. No coffee yet either either, trying to write documents like this without my go go juice is nuts.

Wait I am not the only person sick of seeing this? The other day I was working on a few things and that prompted me to for AI was annoying me over a nav tag. It was just annoying ever 30 seconds suggesting the use of AI to build it.

Trust me I know. I am one of the unlucky ones who has celiac disease plus hashimotos thyroid and rheumatoid arthritis. I had someone once tell me it was safe for me to eat einkorn . I was like nope. They made it so much drama I cried out of embarrassment and frustration for being judged over it.

Last time I looked anything with gluten is a hard resounding all caps no. This includes sourdough. I have heard this nonsense a year ago long before that podcast. I do wish the disinformation on celiac disease would stop.

Celebrating my walkversary . One year ago I started walking to deal with my anxiety and PTSD. 20 min here 20 there. Today I’m at 3.44 miles and now adding strength and other training.

3 Once again so sorry for any venting or words spoke out of frustration during those dark painful frightening times. Today. I encourage anyone needing to heal, take that first step and do not ever be ashamed to seek therapy. It really does heal and change lives. I speak from experience and 💔

Couple the PTSD , depression etc, I during a few particular times was exposed in my life to toxic elements of fear and extreme bullying, It made me a mess back then. I am sorry if i ever came across a mean spirited. Today’s healing journey with therapy has helped the healing process.

I woke up today and had a moment that made me grateful for the gift of healing and therapy. Just 3 yrs ago I was in a dark and painful period of my life dealing with undiagnosed anxiety , depression and PTSD along with an undiagnosed physical condition that made me angry and bitter
