Final Fantasy creator Hironobu Sakaguchi says his favorite FFVII character is Barret. As a doting father himself, Sakaguchi couldn't help take a liking to Barret after seeing his key art with Marlene on his shoulder, and was curious about the pair's backstory. (V-Jump, 2/15/97)

At the moment I feel like revealing R3 at TGA means that it’ll be a PS5/Steam Day 1 with NS2 and Xbox releasing later.
But if they wait to reveal it until Remake drops on NS2; I feel like they may try to get Rebirth on NS2 and Xbox first so R3 can have simulations releases across all platforms. 🧐
