ICE killed a man who was an ICU nurse for veterans.
Alex Pretti was acting as an ICE observer and lawfully recording the agents when he was stopped, detained, DISARMED, and then SHOT multiple times by ICE agents.
Alex had a legal permit to carry and he did not draw his weapon.
