Wellness influencers are killing people. Paloma Shemirani was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, which 80% of people survive, at age 22. She was dead within 7 months because dietary changes and coffee enemas didn’t work. Her airway collapsed under pressure from a tumor and she died at age 23.

The Trump administration is governing like an organized criminal enterprise where the law does not apply.

That’s because there’s effectively no check on it. Congress is controlled by the GOP. The Senate is controlled by the GOP. The Supreme Court is controlled by the GOP.

And they’re all loyal.

In general, gifts can be accepted if under $20 in value. Makes sense- people need to know government is not for sale. Again, great that this applies to all government employees. Gives me a lot of faith in the system.

Definition of gifts being covered; includes anything of monetary value. I can get coffee and a donut. Nice! But before accepting I have to consider the value, timing, interests of the giver, whether access is being sought. After that, step 2: am I getting this gift because of my government position.

All sorts of reminders that relationships that enrich your family or other close contacts are also forbidden. If any reasonable person would question the relationship, ethics attorneys should be consulted before proceeding. Sensible law. Glad all federal employees are covered. Good governance!

Intro: citizens must have faith that all government employees place ethical principles over private gain. No problem for me...my family's wealth has not spiked by billions since 1/2025, and no one gave me an airliner. Compliance!

I believe (not certain) any Walgreens, Costco, etc will vaccinate you and bill VA (certainly I know many Veterans do get vaccinated in the community). Those you can search by vaccine available.
