Squirt - Humboldt Seed Company. Up close and personal. Ready for harvest. Day 62, I think. It's interesting the buds not only turn dark purple but the color goes up the trichome shaft. Will grow this again.

We ended up using 'mosquito bits'. We make it far stronger than the bag suggests but it controls knats well.

For my weed I keep a 4 inch fan blowing on each, more fans up top. Knats cant get a foot hold.

I am going to use H202 in my mix for the drippers. Keep mold and knats in check as well.

I wet trimmed last year with a bowl trimmer, you lose a ton of product but was able to do a pound in about an hour!

Yeah, I cant blame 20/20 as it was my second grow. I really want a Mimosa if I can find a decent one.
January 6, 2026 at 10:16 PM
My wife had that same problem. She has maybe 100 houseplants going but uses sand to manage fungus knats but one plant was soaked just like you said so we repotted it with no sand, water less etc.

I grew out Cran Champaign from 20/20. Low yield, lame terps but great high. Think the problem was me, might try it again next year if remaining seeds pop.

You run for president i will volunteer. I live in AZ.

I use a fridge to dry, can't afford a cannatrol yet.
January 6, 2026 at 9:08 PM
I keep putting it off and I have 4 plants waiting for the flower tent.
January 6, 2026 at 9:06 PM
Looks like trimming hell.
January 6, 2026 at 9:05 PM
Lockout? How's PH? What are they growing in? I have issues as well, changing things up for next grow.
January 6, 2026 at 9:03 PM
So close to the end I would say it's just the fade but my leaves are odd colors and dry out.
January 5, 2026 at 5:06 PM
First year I had one crop, 7 zips, not enough. Second year, last year, I had two crops. The first was 17 zips and the second was about 10 zips.

So this is the first year I dont have to go to the dispensary. I figure I need 24 zips to be sure.

Trying to flower the 4X4 three times a season now.

Nice! I'm chopping soon myself. Still enjoying last year's crop. No dispo weed for me.
January 3, 2026 at 8:59 PM
I have Limez, Orange Cream Pop and two Squirts finishing but also Raspberry Parfait, Orange Cream Pop (again), The Bling and Blueberry Muffin X Vanilla Frosting in the veg tent.

After that Slightly Stoopid Fruits and Blueberry Muffin. All Humboldt this year!

Nearing 60 days. They all look ready other than the Limez in the upper right corner. The two Squirts turned a nice purple, hard to capture under LEDs. Preparing for Lotus drying (fridge) this crop to make room for grow 5.

This was my first year. First grow was 7 zips, not enough so I did 2 grows last year, about a pound and a half. It keeps great in cheapo cure bags. I want to make hash or something to store emergency weed just in case I lose a grow.
January 1, 2026 at 9:46 PM
I grow in coco/perlite and have been trying different ways to be as lazy as possible. Next grow will be drippers with no auto watering bases, 2 gallon bags, no additional prebuffering. After that I was thinking RDWC.
January 1, 2026 at 3:39 AM
Hey man, I grow Hella Jelly a lot, you have to hit it a little harder but it can really ring your bell. Fantastic terps. Congrats, looks like your set, no more dispos.
December 30, 2025 at 9:39 PM
Been ignoring grow 5. Not sure I can squeeze in a grow 6 this season. I have to decide soon, if not I will mainline and veg these longer than planned. Then again in 3 weeks they may be ready.

I had these Square Farmer ones before. Now I just use when buffering coco. The VivoSun ones are actually pretty sweet given the price IMO.
December 30, 2025 at 9:22 PM
I tried them with 2 and 5 gallon bags. VivoSun, $50 for all four. Happy with them overall but this grow really showed their weakness. Salts can build up fast in the base, hence the tip burn. I lose control. Putting them on 30 minute drippers and adding riser between base and bag, 2 gallon again.
December 30, 2025 at 9:14 PM
Vivosun auto watering bases. I still mix and hand "fertigated" everyday but the plants runoff was available to the plants. You lose too much control using the wicks in a hydro setup. They collect runoff nice so I will just put a small riser in between the bag and the base, adding drippers.

You know I think you might be right about the lights, I had high VPD, these plants have been heat stressed, low humidity, drybacks (I grow in coco/perlite so they should be soaked at all times). Its a grow right on the edge, lol.
