Whenever I'm overseas I consistently fall into this routine:
1) I feel disconnected from folks and events back at home
2) Telegram messages get left unread; not much engagement in group chats
3) I convince myself that I'm not "liked"
4) I withdraw from groups/chats
Stupid shit brain.

Final Update: I'm home! Cardiac stress test and echocardiogram are clear.
No blockages or funky valves so no surgery needed. They ultimately don't know why this event occurred & told me to monitor it.
Regardless, I believe the best course of treatment going forward is for furries to flop on me. 👉👈

Update: Moved out of the ER to the main hospital, still no Medbed, blood tests show my heart is damaged and we don't know why/how bad, more tests in the morning.
I should've brought my fursuit and taken some good #FursuitFriday hospital pics.
