Hi!!! IFS is just the formal name of the therapeutic approach (like CBT for example) and it stands for Internal Family Systems. Essentially all of your “parts” are your own internal “family” that make up your identity “system” and some parts of yourself are more prominent or “in charge” than others

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapy approach that explores all the various “parts” of yourself as a method of healing. This ties really well into James/ME!/Taylor ™️ etc. and her using her art to explore those different “characters” (parts) and her overall journey to unite/heal these parts
