there are also EXPLICIT eras tour references at the end that i’m sure the gen pop will read as shade but i saw as a commentary on the commerciality of the eras tour and showgirl taylor. i hate how black and white people’s thinking is. interested to know how this plays in whatever the reveal is

Hudson just understands Shane so well. Between this scene and the way he played the hospital scene, I’m so glad Jacob is the kind of showrunner/director that gives his actors the space and trust to make these kinds of choices for their characters. It pays off and makes so much sense in the end.

Buddie going canon in S9E13 with a return home road trip after the Nashville crossover and one bed trope at a motel would actually be the greatest thing ever. Eps 11-13 are going to be everything. I don’t care if I’m 🤡, I’m ridiculously hopeful.
