Well, credit where it's due to the MAG. 20 years ago it could take an hour or so to file something in the Superior Court in Toronto. Now, it takes a mere 13 days (and 5 hours).

I once participated in a mock trial at a conference along with a senior partner. A conference attendee had a heart attack during my cross-examination. As the medics wheeled her past us the partner turned to me and loudly asked: "Think we'll still be done by 4 o'clock?"
