For those who think the cease fire in Gaza is an incredible achievement, there was a cease fire in place when Trump took office, indeed reached on Jan19.

They should consider NOT filing for dismissal until a jury is chosen. At that point, if it’s dismissed, Trump cannot refile as it would be double jeopardy.
