@benrogers223.bsky.social may just have convinced me to activate another distribution channel for the pod. May...

So @danbowsher.bsky.social invited me on the Good Enough Chats Podcast to talk about my lived experiences of mental health struggles and it went live this week.

The episode is available on all usual podcast platforms and YouTube. Links are in the following message #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek

I've just listened back to yours all the way through. Suffice to say I listen to them a lot more than anyone else as part of the prep, but yours really is a good chat, Ben. I think I'll start sharing the episodes on here myself soon, and give this form of network another crack...

Today was a write off. Felt like I was wading through treacle all day. Wretched at times. The mind is an arse at times.

I'm planning the next series of a podcast featuring interviews with men, talking about their lived experiences of mental health. If you, or someone you know, might be up for having a chat, let me know.

I'm trying to build a bank of convos so people can access them when they need them.

Having not really used a Twitter-like platform regularly in years, it's remarkably easy to forget this place exists. It's totally fallen out of the habit. Any suggestions for weening oneself back onto it gratefully received.

What a book this is. Fascinating read for anyone who enjoys his work, and probably for people who have never heard of him too!

I might try that, if I can find the export I made when I binned my account.

Couldn't agree more, except pretty much anything Werner Herzog narrates.

Realise you posted this an age ago, but Nick was the subject of my dissertation nearly 25 years ago and I've always followed his works since. Had no idea he'd done this one, though, so thank you for sharing it here, 12 months ago!

Imagine if you could upload it all to Bluesky at the push of a button. Actually, no, that's an awful thing to imagine. Move along. Nothing to see here.

Feels like quite a straightforward explanation, to be fair.

I had forgotten that you're a recording artist, Philippe - perhaps this is THE use case for Bluesky?! Listening to Thunderclouds right now 👏

Take the gamble, James - it'll be worth it.

In the early days of Twitter, I was super-active and built up a modest following. I'm sure the latter was in no small part because I was working in social media for a massive consumer brand! I don't know that I need this kind of early-Twitter-like platform in my life these days, but we shall see.
