There is science to back this up so, as LeVar Burton used to say, “don’t take my word for it.”

This year, I had to grow our things in pots and containers on our front porch. I’ve never tried growing carrots in a container. We picked them yesterday and ate them for dinner. They were beautiful and delicious and we had enough for each of us to have two tablespoons 🤣

One time I went there at night with a very special human I liked a lot. We kissed under that tree and the stars and then we saw the most amazing fireball I’ve ever seen. It streaked across the sky and shattered into a dozen sparks that fell slowly and then faded into the night. So yes, magical. 💖

Part of my AuDHD journey is tackling little things that subconsciously sap my energy.

Two days ago I started cleaning out my Gmail which had over 37k unread emails.

Thirty-seven THOUSAND.

I am now down to 8k.
