Many orgs drown in strategy documents. They can't find alignment because they've said too many things in too many documents.

Their way of fixing it is paying someone to go in and create one document to rule all documents.

Let's listen to Giles and stop creating more strategy documents! 🙌

You don't get to decided who or what anyone is except when you write. In the real world people can and always will be what they want to be. You can't stop it but you can continue to make young kids lives more difficult. You are cruel JK, you have started to look cruel in pictures. All this obsession is wearing on your expression. The pictures of you mocking 'trans' people like Winston Churchill after the Supreme Court ruling. Your endless comments about how rich you are. It's depressing and tacky and proves you are desperate to mean something but sadly you are just being mean. As my hilarious friend David Hoyle always says. 'Ladies & gentlemen and those of you still deciding. There are two type of people, nice people and c***s. I do not expect any positive response and you will continue to be supported by women who see you as some kind of gender hero. Women are not better than men and men are not better than women. As a man, a biological one, rah, rah, I have no issue with a girl becoming a boy or the other way around. As a gay man who has worn make-up since 14 l had lived my entire life feeling awkward and afraid using male public toilets. It's not easy being different and you are only making it harder. Why don't you buy a nice Scottish island or a farm and start a JK commune for traumatised Terfs. Or listen to your fellow Scott Sydney Banks and he will hopefully help you understand that this is all in your head.

Your org cannot design or deliver functioning ecosystems because it does not have controlled lists of things, types, what each thing is, standards, definitions and naming conventions.

Boring to many, in comparison to fancy Figma doodles, but you can't do anything meaningful without them.
