Es esto. Lo tienen en un manual de contingencias y lo han activado ahora por diversos motivos, pero la clave es pagar en dólares.
A Saddam Hussein no le fue bien tras anunciar que iba a empezar a aceptar euros. Tampoco a Gaddafi cuando propuso comprar en dinares. Maduro sigue la misma suerte tras sugerir que iba a vender en yuans. El petróleo, sí, pero sobre todo la forma de pagarlo que mantiene ficticiamente al dólar en alto.
