If you look, his eyes went right to the cops hip, he first tried to defend himself with non lethal force but when the cop pulled his gun, it got deadly. It is illegal for citizens to open carry, the cop was not in uniform. The deceased was scared for his life. I don't see how anyone can't see it.

Justice for Elijah Wilks

The facts: Mr. Wilkes was involved in a minor fender bender when an off duty cop wouldn't let him merge. When he exited the vehicle to exchange insurance, he noticed a weapon. Confused, he displayed his own and was gunned down for trying to protect himself.
