$2.3m for Vargas would be an absolute steal for any team, and almost criminal-level talent mismanagement from the Sounders, depending on the sell-on percentage
If these guys showed up at my son's daycare or preschool, their protocol is to call the cops and go into full lockdown. What they're doing is straight up dangerous and is going to get someone hurt.
