Really interesting interview with Anna Wintour on TRIP Leading. I’m not buying this idea that she just wants to help people. I mean she is incredibly successful but it’s giving Naomi Campbell trying to be earth mother no one buys that shit haha.

I love Uniqlo but my God their app should win prizes for being…HANDSDOWN the worst app I think iv ever used. Probably even worse than the British Rail enquiries app that hasn’t been updated since 2006. It tries too hard to look good, entirely sacrificing usability. Awful

I mean, people can change from the age of 17 to whatever age the battered old handbag is now. But let’s be honest, most people who were dick heads at school grew up to be dickheads as adults.

Happy Monday y’all. Matt and I are celebrating our Christmas on Saturday which has become our little tradition. He goes to his family and I head to Ireland to see my bezzie, (a tradition since 2001) The only problem is it makes this week feel like my last week at work and it just ain’t. 😭😭

People who are THAT racist at that age don’t just become not racist a little later. All that happened was that he realised he would need to brand his hate in a slightly different way if he was to be effective as a politician. He is still that person; he is just a bit smarter.

Some days I really miss Joelson. She was like my real life Alex Andreou, she always had a thoughtful yet terminally optimistic outlook on life and I’d love to ask her thoughts on so many things rn over a bottle of Cherry B. She didn’t drink but she would have sometimes have a retro Cherry B.

It is frightening, even as someone who is generally a fan of the USA, to see what the country has become, I can only imagine how it feels to be a right-minded American citizen. Just a small thing, but parents, on parents’ evening, rather than say, ‘ooze he!?’ to your child, may I suggest a simple, ‘oh, which teacher / subject are you / do you teach?’ This usually prompts an introduction. If I was to say, ‘ooze she?!’ to your child, you would probably deem it quite rude.
