It’s great to see such representation! My books series features a wolf/elephant couple in book 4, and they do mesh well together! Size difference is lovely too where one partner is a taller species!

Dilemma: How to make a group torture scene entertaining? Take a page out of the #Firefly handbook and have a dynamic where one (or more) characters is lifting up a beloved character from giving up. Add funny banter and you got gold! Take that, Nishka! #WriterProblems

I hear and feel ya. I’ve been exposed to fan work. Yep. That kind. Everyone is different, but I’ve chosen to turn the other way and let them enjoy my work as they like. I’m just happy they were inspired enough to create something out of what I’ve built.

Yep. I experienced this more prominently after I began publishing if also a bit before. Unfortunately, I’ve found this will continue to be a problem from time to time. Some will never read this, others will and do it anyway. Be strong, Mekanip! And congrats on the book! You’re a public figure now!

I’m theorizing that he had them all basically written out in first draft form from first book to last before he began editing and releasing book 1. That’s probably why he’s been so fast. That’s my theory…A WRITING THEORY! 😝 He knew the ending before book 1 ever came out!
