I am sorry that I made it start again huff, but it sounds like headaches caused by stress which I've gotten before. Try massaging your temples and back of neck area + apply a warm water bottle is what I did. I hope you feel better soon 🥲

May I ask the location of where your headache is coming from (front, back, left, right, ear) and if it's throbbing, stinging, continuous, squeezing, etc. If you're stressed out it could possibly be tension headaches or hyper tension
