My sole brush with screenwriting immortality was in 1986 when me & my mate Mark wrote a sketch for a BBC kids’ TV show called Fast Forward. Watched the show today. It is irredeemably awful. This is our sketch. They changed the end. We thought ours was better.

Oh no, sorry to hear that. ‘Interestingly’ I had all the symptoms of the c-19 stratus variant but did two tests over a couple of days & both came back profoundly negative.
