Sometimes healing feels like the hardest kind of love—the love you give yourself when you feel unworthy, unseen, or untethered. But that’s the love that changes everything. That’s the love that grows gardens inside of you, even after storms.

Here’s the thing: healing isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s messy, unpredictable, and doesn’t always come with a progress report. Some days, it feels like nothing is working—but those are the days you’re probably doing the most.

From the misty mornings to amazing food, Seattle felt like stepping into a part of myself I didn’t know I was missing. The vibe of the city wrapped me in creativity and calm, and I couldn’t stop thinking about why it felt so aligned. Then I looked at my astrocartography map—and it all made sense!
