I suspect Ben Torvaney isn't on here, but I'd be remiss to not mention an old blog post of his on the value of bad chances in certain contexts, as it was applicable to Krstović during his time with Lecce and was discussed in the piece. Hope you enjoy!

Just want to say a quick thank you to anyone who has given the app a try! I do have a lot to say about why I decided to make the app and having to battle my own thoughts in the process, but I will do a long write-up to explain everything soon. But I really, really appreciate your support ❤️

Hate that they haven't learned their lesson from the U20 Asian Cup. This same team had the same problem against Iraq and almost got eliminated as well. A bit sad for the players tbh

Have published a fix for this to loading data from cloud and add more caching to it. Knew it would be a problem at some point but didn't expect the caching stuff to hit me this soon. Hopefully app should be online for longer now 🤞

Just a heads up but I've been aware of Streamlit's over capacity issue. It didn't come up during development and I did not think about the problem while I got the app up and running. I am working on a fix and will get that online asap, for now, I'll keep the app online by rebooting it a few times.

Should be back online now, but I will investigate what's causing the over capacity issues. It wasn't something that I came across while developing the app so it will take me a bit to investigate and fix. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I might be one of the only very few who used advanced data about the ALW, but without FBRef's advanced data, I would not have been able to write this article or created the dashboard about Sharn Freier. At least I enjoyed it while it lasted.

If you're into the technical stuff, I've made the GitHub repo of the app public. I don't see a point of keeping it private cause I hope this app will inspire someone to create cool football projects, especially for women's football. I will explain more on this later.
