Aa handful of complicit sycophants does not count as "many great legal scholars." Also, they urged people to disobey illegal orders, which is part of their training and required by law.

This applies as much to presidents as to the service people receiving their orders. No one is above the law.
Being a citizen and residing in your country of citizenship means being legally obligated to follow the laws of your country. That has been customary law in the U.S. and abroad for centuries.

Trump, who is himself guilty of treason and sedition many times over, is again inciting violence, murder, and assassinations by calling for Dem leaders to "hang" and that "an example must be set" for their urging service members to disobey his illegal orders.

Trump claims that Dems engaged in "SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!", but Trump is the real culprit. The House Jan. 6 Committee found that Trump incited the Jan. 6 insurrection and made criminal referrals to the DOJ for four counts against Trump.

Trump tips his hand in claiming that encouraging service members to disobey illegal orders is "seditious." It implicitly reveals he is knowingly and intentionally committing crimes and shows he intends to commit more crimes.

Another day, another TEN missed opportunities for the DNC to speak on behalf of Dems about the abomination of the day.

Mark Kelly shouldn’t have to defend himself alone.

The DNC, the national Dem PARTY should be speaking up for him and the other members of Congress all over the place.

They do something similar to Indigenous peoples. Hollywood, like society, has more racism than imagination.
Hollywood loves our trauma. Black actors are more likely to win awards when playing roles tied to slavery, servitude, or trauma.

Lupita Nyong’o opens up about what happened after her Oscar win. Hollywood kept offering her more parts as an enslaved woman, pushing the same stereotype again and again.

U.S. Senator Mark Kelly is being investigated for the “crime” of telling people not to commit crimes.

If Trump and his people are not knowingly issuing illegal orders and have no plans to issue additional illegal orders, then why are they working themselves up into a lather over elected leaders advising service members to follow their duty to disobey illegal orders?
