They could strip her of the award. I think that's it.

She can't give it to him and make him the winner, but I don't see how Nobel rules could physically prevent her from physically giving it to him. The Nobel committe isn't a government, and even if it was their rules have no enforceability in foreign countries. That's not how laws work.
