What are we even doing? No one wants AI except extremely rich people who think they can make even more money off of it. (By replacing workers or selling its technology to people who want to replace workers). We don’t want this and it’s wrecking our already fragile systems. Just, stop.

Last year, the surgeon with whom I’d scheduled back surgery sheepishly called to cancel because UHC approved ALL his prep/consults with me, but wouldn’t let him perform the actual procedure. They wouldn’t budge, so I got to spend more time in blinding pain searching for another surgeon. It sucked.
