My lazy ass making an algorithm that has to generate a playable area for the player to traverse with obstacles sprinkled in and spaced perfectly from loot and an exit to the level in a way that is challenging enough for the player's current skill level and encourages exploration and replayability a-
was watching a smaller YouTuber today, and they went full mask off while shitting on an (admittedly amateurish) game. they went off about how the devs took the easy way out and didn't even make the levels themselves, they're procedurally generated
