I wish #mentalhealthday meant if your mental heath sucks you get a respite. Sadly, it's just another day your mental health sucks. Wishing everyone a few moments at least of peace in their minds and support when needed.

I'm sorry you have to deal with it, too. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. It can be really rough. For those who think, "Oh, it can't be that bad, just deal." I'm happy for them they don't understand how bad it can get.

Been seeing the psychiatrist every 2 weeks, looking for a balance in medication. Been a struggle. I am starting to believe I have to choose between treating the depression or the anxiety. Gonna have to live or die with/from one.

The best thing about the teens is their friendships. I like Ari and Holly. More of the grown-ups (so to speak) need friends or if they have friends scenes with their friends. #DAYS
