Are we at a tipping point with #Redbullrampage the envelope gets pushed further & further, two riders airlifted & hospitalised in 2025. If it continues on the trajectory it’s currently on a rider will sadly lose their life. Love the event as a spectacle but maybe some boundaries need setting now.

What a Soulful, Jazzy, Uplifting 41mins the new Don Was & the Pan Detroit Ensemble album Groove in the Face of Adversity is. This box of delights has just about everything and if you’ve got a soulful bone in your body you won’t fail to love it. Early standout I ain’t got nothin’ but time 10/10.

Yes, all good. We managed a very quick visit with mum 2 weeks ago to Porthleven, wonderful as usual. I’m down to 4 days a week and planning to go 3 by next summer. Bizarrely we both still miss our BW fix on a Saturday night.
