How many of us knew that one reason ICE agents are just randomly pulling Latinos off the streets is because they receive a bounty for each apprehension. It is related to the Pretti murder in that it gives us a larger understanding of the thug ideology ICE operates under.

How many of us knew that one reason ICE agents are just randomly pulling Latinos off the streets is because they receive a bounty for each apprehension. It is related to the Pretti murder in that it gives us a larger understanding of the thug ideology ICE operates under.
It is unique to Minneapolis; it is a direct consequence of them being the first American citizens to be systematically shot down and murdered in cold blood by this government in an attempt to feed a narrative that citizens are radical terrorists and only the government can be the bearer of morals.
