I am exploring something called Dolby Atmos which means listening to this for the first time in many years. Alongside a Christmas cash in.

For some reason I'm only just getting into gish. Only 34 years after it was released.

So the whole family rejected Linda McCartneys veggie meatballs. Even though Paul himself had signed the packaging. But we did agree that Ringo would probably have the best food production line if all 4 Beatles had gone down a similar route.

An algorithm suggestion I'd never heard of but a nice one. She's green: Chrysalis.

Not normally a big fan of wading through hours of archive releases but there are some exceptions. Now I'm old enough for the anthology archive to be re-released I think it needs a new word for taking you back 30 years to a release that took you back 30 years.

Apart from achtung baby I'm not a big U2 fan. But the algorithms suggested Joshua Tree so I revisited for the first time in 30 years. Ignoring the front loaded singles I'd forgotten how the rest was blues and Americana tinged. Classic album may be a classic after all shock.

I've gone a bit early with the mince pies. Although it's never too early for them.

This might be the only album I'll ever need. It still doesn't end well for the chicken man on this version.

Happy Halloween.

I'm going in. I wonder if things will work out better for the chicken man, Johnny 99 and Frank Roberts this time around.

Weirdly tempted by bon Jovi tickets that my alert just popped up. Must be the influence of the remnants of my fever.

I quite like this. Normally not my thing but a bit gothy and owes a big debt to Shakespeare's sister. Heartworms glutton for punishment.

So are the cure going to do a Springsteen and I'll end up passing on tickets waiting for the London based gig which will never arrive.

Belly: bees. A fine collection of B sides. Ask your parents.
