Converting old #BCEMI stuff to #CypherSystem is an interesting experience. What do you prioritize here? Do you try and keep the sanctity of the original content? Disregard original intent? Each piece of the puzzle needs to be weighed on that scale to different degrees. Fun & frustrating #TTRPGs

The one I use the most in fantasy settings is "the pit!" It can be used multiple ways: "The pit with you." "By the pit!" "Pit spawn!" Basically a way of invoking the devil or demons.

As a #TTRPG reviewer, one of the hardest things is getting a good overview of the game, i.e. playing it. You need to get the players together, find the right time, and then hopefully they all play different things so you can see how it all works. That's why you can't get timely reviews out!

I am a YouTuber that does a lot of reviews, and I try very hard to play everything I criticize. It's really important to get the best feel, but still you can't test everything out in many cases. Also, sometimes I need to get a review out fast and there's only time to read. Audience wants it now!
