Microsoft in court for allegedly misleading millions of Australians over Microsoft 365 subscriptions

The ACCC has commenced proceedings in the Federal Court against Microsoft Australia and its US-based parent company Microsoft Corporation for allegedly misleading approximately 2.7 million Australian customers when communicating subscription options and price increases, after it integrated its AI assistant, Copilot, into Microsoft 365 plans.

Welp looks like I spoke too soon DICE has rolled up a Battlefield 6 patch to remove the bot matches but in the progress has made it impossible or takes ages to find matches now in Australia because you need max players and bots don't count towards the player count.

I really hope DICE has some new Battlefield 6 maps or at least community made maps get approved, I'd love to check out some of the portal stuff but it's basically impossible to make a portal server at the moment. 😅

Yes, disabled people deserve nice things too.

They deserve to have whatever social life possible for them.
They deserve to have holidays if able.
They deserve to have support, entertainment, and hobbies.

All of these can be fundamental to a good quality of life.

Really if you think about it from a repair and sustainability point, the Pixel 6a and Pixel 4a are utter disasters because unless you're in the US Google is basically just telling you to get a new phone even if it's only 2 years old.

And even if I wanted to replace the battery I can't because there's no stock in Australia. Getting real sick of everyone forcing these decisions on me.
Looks like I'll have to downgrade my GrapheneOS and stay on the old patch.

I love how I moved to GrapheneOS to fix my Pixel 6a battery and then they roll out the same update that kills your battery life.
My battery isn't effected yet everyone keeps telling me it is.

Microsoft is high if they think doubling the price of Xbox Game Pass Ulitmate and then making all the other tiers basically pointless is going to work well for there brand. At that price its cheaper to just buy games on Steam and GOG.

I feel like most people just don't care, if people protested against this it might help.
But come December age verification will be rolling out to a bunch of stuff in Australia, and I can tell you I ain't giving any of these companies my ID or a selfie.

I use Discord on a Chromebook on the website version and this showed up then i checked my phone and i can still use it on there so i thought maybe only the website version was blocked so i downloaded the app on my Chromebook and that is also blocked, so now i can only use my phone's Discord. I tried doing the face camera thing but it couldn't verify my age, i'm not giving them my ID like a sane person. So am i just now unable to use Discord? I will not use my phone, it can't load the GIF section which i use a lot.

I even agree with a lot of the takes people have on what's wrong with the show, But people take it too far and aren't willing to have a proper conversation.
If you look at TOS, TNG, DSN, Voyager etc they all have problems too.

I feel like a there is far too much hate on Star Trek Strange New Worlds, is the show perfect? No, Does it have problems Yes. But every Star Trek show has flaws.

Wow a AAA studio finally realising that not everyone wants to buy a new expensive GPU every couple of years. My 1070 ran Battlefield 6 flawlessly. and If Steam Hardware survey is anything to go by too a lot of people agree.

before I can react compared to 6 open beta where I could have even and balanced fights for the most part. So yeah if people want fast movement tech they should go play COD or maybe they should go back and play Quake.

As someone who has been playing Battlefield since 3 and played the heck out of Battlefield 6 Open Beta, I went and picked up Battlefield 2042 for $5 on steam to get the BF6 skins and all the games I've played so far something just feels off in 2042 I just get mowed down
