I’m retired, a mom, a grandmother, an MBA and since 2016, an activist. Someday my granddaughter will ask me what I did to help and I need to be able to look her in the eye and say, “Everything I could, I fought for you.”

This has the votes to pass with bipartisan support, but Johnson is going to adjourn the House again to delay it as long as possible just like he did with Epstein.

Requisite for our form of government is that all duly elected officials honor their oaths to uphold and defend the Constitution. It's all moot if they don't. And that is where we are. None of it means a damn thing without the former.

AOC: I want to remind you where the real crime is. It's in the oligarchs taking $170 billion of our money from health care and food assistance and public programs and taking that and funneling it into a secret police program.

"Every lockdown drill is a confession of failure. Every barricaded classroom is an indictment. Every child taught to hide is proof that the adults in charge have surrendered."
What Are We Doing to Our Children?
We taught kids to read, write, and dream; then trained them to hide, barricade, and bleed quietly while adults chose guns, cowardice, and silence over their future.

Poverty is a policy choice. Concentrated wealth is a policy choice. Inequality is a policy choice. None of it is natural or inevitable. Remember: We have the power to build a system that serves the many, not the powerful few.

What would you do if you saw a child being attacked for no reason other than the color of their skin?

There are predators roaming the streets & brutalizing & abducting women & children. They work for our government. You're effin paying them to do this!

The regime did everything in its power to rig the congressional maps in Indiana — and lost.

Even in deep-red territory, we are not powerless. Thank you to @indivisiblenei.bsky.social and everybody else who is fighting back (and winning) from inside the machine.

This is a victory for the voters of Indiana. The Republicans who spoke against the bill talked about the fact that they answer to their constituents first and they overwhelmingly heard from them that they were opposed to this bill. The calls and emails worked.

Will Supreme Court reform be an issue in 2026 or 2028? In my opinion, Mitch McConnell has as much to answer for as Roberts. He handed him a majority on the court. Who controls the Senate matters. This is one reason why.

This is all John Roberts’ fault
Trump owes his corrupt and abusive reign to one man.

Except there are also plenty of laws being broken - or rewritten by the bought and paid for Supreme Court Justices.

Today would be a great day to ban ALL elected officials from trading stock, don't you think?
