MTG resigning! Don't be too optimistic. There has to be a special election, and GA's 14th District is as red as it gets. It's has consistently voted Republican 2:1. They'll vote for another whackjob unless Democrats can muster Jesus himself to run on their ticket. And even then, it's questionable.
