What helps me to keep mind away from spiralling is focusing on something else. Like I try with a thumb touch every other finger of the same hand very fast. I know it sounds weird, but maybe it'll help a bit too (or other form of intentional "fidgeting")

Please don't take it personally or as any "sign" that something is wrong with what your art. Your art is great! Really! And keep in mind that those who make thousands of likes etc sometimes work to gain that much of the audience and sometimes it's just being lucky too and a lot of different things
