Ghost of Christmas Present is the Muppet Christmas Carol Disney pin for day 22.
Pin representing the giant, bearded smiley Muppet who looks like the Ghost of Christmas Present in every version of Christmas Carol I've ever seen (pretty sure I've seen them all from Alistair Sims to Patrick Stewart to Mickey Mouse and everyone in between). Only 2 pins to go. December diappeared somehow and I don't remember it happenning.

Made some turtles. They are almast exactly like a Sweet Georgia Brown from Purdy's. If you're not from western Canada you may not be familiar with Purdy's. You're missing out. Fantastic chocolate company. Highly recommend.
3 large chocolate and caramel blobs on a Mickey and Minnie Christmas themed plate. The blobs are deliciously carmely chocolatey pecany chewy good, much more tasty than visually appealing. And for real, if you get a chance to sample the real thing from Purdy's or anything from Purdy's, take it. We know how to do treats out here on the west coast

Day 21 Muppet Christmas Carol Disney pin advent calendar
Ghost of Christmas Past in her white dress and hat. In her wreath like the others. Not gonna lie, she looks kinda creepy I think because when you make a pin look human it skews a little creepy. Of my many, many, many Disney pins, only a couple represent humans that weren't animated humans or statues of humans. In fact maybe none of them.

@nemesisofky.bsky.social you'd probably like this one. It was given to me as part of a gift exchange in grade 2 Brownies (little Girl Guides). The other girl's dad made it and you can see by the engraving that I've had it many years and it is one of a kind.
Shiny brass Rudolph ornament. Red shiny nose. Engraved Brownie Xmas '82. Garland, lights and stocking in the background. It would seem I've had this ornament over 40 years. I doubt any of the other items from that year's gift exchange are still around and how have I owned anything for over 40 years? I'm pretty sure I'm still 26.

Random sampling of ornaments from our very mismatched tree
Glass ball with an image of Jasmine and Aladdin on their magic carpet ride. The other side is dated 1993. I have kept the ornament many more years than the husbandwho gave it to me and it has aged better as well. Blue ball with a blue ribbon. Image of Link from Legend of Zelda riding his horse and weilding his sword. It is part of a 4 piece set of Zelda ornaments. Red ball with two Dalmatian puppies perched on top. Red ribbon. Tiana ornament with a poofy, sparkly dress. She has many princess friends with her on the tree. Indiana Jones procuring the little gold statue. The best part is it plays the iconic song when you press a button. We also have a White Christmas, Optimus Prime and Yoda ornament what sing and play quotes respectively. My kids like to hit all 4 at once for an ecclectic symphony of intellectual properties. Nothing like transforming and rolling out to Bing Crosby and da-da-da-daaa-da-da-daaaaa while do or do not, there is no try.

When you have too many ornaments for your tree and you select a couple that can fly to hang from your fan
Sparkly Jiminy (does that have more m's or an ie? It doesn't look right) with a red umbrella hanging from a fan knobly pull thing Jack's ghost dog Zero with his big doggie smile hanging from another knobby fan pull thing. In real life he does appear to be floating.

We just saw Zootopia 2 and it was wildly clever and funny. So many Easter eggs and culture references. Highly recommend.

Ozzie wanted you to see her new bandana. Originally purchased for her 16y/o boy's Christmas skating program, it is now Ozzie's. She also wants you to know he did a great job as Santa for the little kids' skating party and she's proud of him. Mostly though, she thinks she looks festive and fine.
