Too many Dubai designs still look stuck in the early 2000s — rushed, cluttered, and overdone. Not a lack of creativity, but of training and taste. In a city built on innovation, visual design should feel future, not flashback.
Just wrapped an amazing fermentation workshop in Dubai with Sharon Flynn (the author of Wild Drinks and Ferment For Good) for Campari Red Hands.
We explored ginger bugs, water kefir, amazake sodas & kvass — proving that complex, probiotic drinks can be low-cost, high-impact, and full of life!

Also, Yew is not really a pine but often confused – is deadly toxic.
All tastes similar, just harvest them far away from roads and factories. If you live in North America, pay attention to the mildly toxic species of pine: Ponderosa pine has long needles in bundles of three and orange-brown bark; needles can cause stomach upset in humans and abortions in livestock

Nope, exactly—coconut WATER. Having worked behind the bar for many years, I've seen coconut water go off many times. And you usually know it when you pour it and it looks... emmm, syrupy 😃
