Updated an old spreadsheet. Since the introduction of sprint races, a MotoGP racer is on average twice as likely to miss a race in any given season due to injury, and an average race weekend is likely to have two absent racers.

And yes, I am a huge fan of and advocate for the TT. But I no more think MotoGP should have street circuits than I think Supercross should have a Baja race or that MXGP should include a Dakar stage, just because they use bikes that look the same. They're different sports.
