I don't know why, but I recently saw a bunch of Space Above and Beyond stuff showing up on my YT feed. I miss that show so much. I still, to this day, routinely hum the theme song around the house.

#StarfleetAcademy will forever hold a special place in my heart for that DS9/Avery Brooks tribute episode.
As a huge DS9 nerd the show and actors on it seem so marginalized when compared to other Star Trek shows. It was nice to see a tribute from a place of love instead of an afterthought.

The thing I keep thinking about with the #MMO space with the death of Ashes, are there any successful PvP/Hardcore focused MMO’s out there? Seems like all the ones that are PvP first flop or outright fail.
The MMO base I think skews older, and people age out of that grind I guess, I sure have.

Once #AI systems really start selling ad’s, push you toward purchases, have brand integrations. It’s done. It’s plateaued. There is no long the ‘next big thing’ to get you hyped/using, now they are moving onto harvest they user base for profit.

I legit love the the changes they are making to #ESO. I wish all xpacs and dlc’s would be included with one purchase price and the paid battle pass was included with ESO+.
The game still has a way to go monetization wise before I could ever recommend it to people though.

I wish Andromeda would get a reboot. The universe and world building was so interesting. It just turned into just complete dog water the last 2 seasons, they are completely unwatchable.

AI for sure accelerated the death of #StackOverflow, but it was dying LONG before AI. Asking a question on there was signing yourself up for an onslaught of: closed as duplicates, rtfm spam, "why would you want to do that?", abuse, fighting in the comments, and "you don't know how to ask for help".
