I wonder to what extent the UK financial sector drives the UK Govt attitude to China. ATM it does well providing funds to -for example - people buying Chinese EVs and other goods such as ships which it prefers to do rather than invest in manufacturing here.

IMHO Tesla's are remarkably ugly but we should not be buying any Chinese cars in the UK. They are not our friends but out to eradicate the European car industry with cheap imports. Put bluntly, anyone buying one is guilty of industrial treachery.

I could not in all good conscience vote SNP 1 and Greens 2 because I don't want to risk a repeat of the fiasco we got the last time we did that so it's SNP 1 and Alba 2 for me.
