Handed in two assignments. Downloaded photos for yesterday's event. Helped children with homework and made meals. Grocery shopped. Laundry. Washed the dogs too. My things are ready for tomorrow. I have been anxious for days. Here's to hoping it all goes well. What if it all works out in the end? 🌀

Margaret Brooke, a war hero and nurse from the second world war survived the sinking of the RMS Caribou. An incredible woman to be chosen to name a naval ship after.

Yesterday I visited the HMCS Margaret Brooke docked outside Owen Sound, Ontario. The tour given by members of the Canadian Naval Forces told the history of the ship and why their Chief Officer is always a woman. 🧵

Game theory is often discussed by Veritaserum. I appreciate him reporting on an interesting social media theory. When we're so far disconnected, even with connections, how it defaults to either a good world or a bad (two extremes). It's up to EACH PERSON to decide to be kinder or nicer.
