People love the Greater Fool Theory. Until it’s them.
We looked at 126 companies that went public through a SPAC deal in 2021. At the time, those firms collectively projected revenue would be $97bn in 2023. The real figure will be closer to $55bn. I'm constantly surprised people are not more outraged about this.
