1. Learned I'm allergic to a few kinds of nuts & need to replace foods in our house. For now allergic reactions are mild, however they could come out full anaphylaxis at any time which is why we need to change my diet Now (epi pen might not work on me)
2. my snow shoes are broken & can't be fixed

I tried to sleep earlier, and multiple times- at least a dozen- as soon as I began to dream I was "shocked" awake and physically flinched each time. I've had exploding head syndrome before but this was something else.
