Here's what ICE is up to in Northeast Minneapolis today. Absolutely heartbreaking.

We were fortunate Grandma kept everything. Clearing her house was a challenge as we had to look at every bit of paper. Well worth it though.

I’ve started transcribing letters and postcards for the family history figuring the next generation will have no clue. I will admit 1800s stuff has its challenges (Fs, Ts, Hs).

We’re on the same wavelength: Just found 2 nice eggplants and a bunch of ripe San Marzanos in the garden. 😋

The 2024 election was audited by the NSA and Harris/Walz won by a wide margin. But the report was buried. Here’s your call to action.
LFG.

Ex-CIA Whistleblower: "The NSA Audited The 2024 Election, Kamala Harris Won"
Math doesn’t lie—people do. A buried NSA‑authorized audit paved the way for this unelected illegitimate regime.

The fact that the president refuses to read anything, Vance does the daily briefing, and his staff are cobbling video infomercials with critical data to get his attention is another sign he has dementia. Afflicted people can’t read for comprehension.

Let that sink in.

I just got home after few days in the local hospital. Great staff, quality care, excellent facilities. This small regional hospital will be impacted by cuts in Medicaid & Medicare in the #bigbadbill go through.

Of course, our entire SD Congressional delegation voted for it. 😡

This level of cruelty is not who we are as a nation. Call your Senators!
Trump is trying to sell his domestic policy bill with lies. Let’s break them down.

Trump said, “We’re not doing any cutting of anything meaningful. The only thing we’re cutting is waste, fraud and abuse.” False.

Welp, that will certainly help them recruit quality faculty. 🙄

So, why is this so hard to understand???
Tariffs are taxation without representation. We wrote a whole Declaration of Independence about it. Threw tea in the harbor and everything.

Prose that gives me hope:

“This wave ends here.

But the fire doesn’t.

It spreads through whispers, memes, chants, and side-eyes in elevators.

April 5 wasn’t a climax.

It was a spark.

And now we are fucking wildfire.

Run, billionaires.

Run.

Wish I had saved more of my dad’s collection of Singer parts. He worked for Singer in the 60s and still repaired them up to his passing 5 years ago.

Sobering.
So we could lose $200B in tourism, $100B in immigrants paying taxes, $100B in weapons manufacturing, $500B in lost tax revenue from firing IRS employees… is it sinking in yet?
International tourism is worth $200 billion every year to the US economy.

Sorry, *was.
