She has chronic renal failure, which explains the loss in appetite, the increase in drinking and peeing. She won’t touch the renal friendly food and I am wonder if I just let her have what she wants and not try to extend her life I want to cry.

So this little bugger has the first signs of possible kidney failure. She’s adapting to a low protein and fats diet reluctantly. At her age I also think she should have the odd ‘bad for her’ snack for a decent quality of life.
